Logifuture set out to transform its core internal tool, The Back Office Hub, with the aim of improving efficiency and reducing operational friction. With multiple teams relying on it daily, the goal was to replace an outdated, error-prone system with a streamlined, intuitive platform that empowered users to work faster and with greater confidence.
The Challange
Redesign and implement new features inside the Back Office Hub from the ground up to replace a fragmented, outdated interface with a modern, unified experience. The challenge was to simplify complex workflows used by multiple internal teams—Marketing, Trading, and Fraud—while improving speed, usability, and reliability. This transformation aimed to reduce operational bottlenecks, minimize errors, and lay the groundwork for a scalable internal platform that could support future growth across multiple tenants.

Launched in late 2022, the redesigned Back Office Hub quickly became a core tool across internal teams, improving daily operations with faster performance, clearer navigation, and streamlined workflows. It reduced user errors and cut routine task time by up to 40%.
Built for scale, the Hub now supports multiple tenants with greater efficiency, while its intuitive design has driven strong adoption and user confidence. Ongoing updates—guided by continuous user feedback—ensure the platform evolves to meet growing operational needs and remains central to daily work at Logifuture.
